The dugukbot.com site is owned, managed, and coded by frag.co.uk, based in the United Kingdom.
This website and its associated ChatBot are not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc. or its affiliates.

1. Subscription and Pricing

1.2 Quota: The subscription includes a monthly quota interactions. Additional interactions may incur extra charges, as outlined on the subscription page.
1.3 Currency: All subscription fees are in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
2. User Conduct
2.1 Compliance: Users must comply with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, in addition to the terms provided by OpenAI, and these Terms.
2.2 Abuse: You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:
- Use our Services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates anyone’s rights.
- Modify, copy, lease, sell or distribute any of our Services.
- Attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile or discover the source code or underlying components of our Services, including our models, algorithms, or systems (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law).
- Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output (defined below).
- Represent that Output was human-generated when it was not.
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumvent any rate limits or restrictions or bypass any protective measures or safety mitigations we put on our Services.
- Use Output to develop models that compete with OpenAI.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership: The dugukbot.com site retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Chatbot, including any intellectual property rights.
3.2 User Content: Users grant the Chatbot and associated platforms a license to read and use their content and chat messages, for the purpose of providing the Chatbot services.

4.2 Data Security: dugukbot.com will take reasonable measures to protect user data, but users are responsible for their account security.
